Course Selection

As we begin the course selection process for the 2026–2027 school year, I want to ensure all students and families feel informed, supported, and included. Course selection is an important opportunity for students to explore their interests, plan their learning pathway, and make choices that reflect their goals for the years ahead.

To complete course selection, please log in to the Student Portal and use the grade‑specific Course Selection handout provided by the school. Grades 9-12 Course Selection handouts are attached. Families may also wish to review the JLC Course Catalogue here which includes detailed descriptions of all courses available next year.

A note for families of students working toward a School Completion Certificate (Evergreen): Course selection remains an opportunity to choose meaningful learning experiences that align with their strengths, interests, and transition goals for life after high school. Our Student Support Services team is available to help you review options, understand which courses best support your child’s program, and ensure the process feels clear and supportive.
